San Antonio

We throughly enjoyed exploring the River Walk in San Antonio!   I feel like you need to do the boats at least once - fun little ride. We didn't go to The Alamo - there were too many people for our taste during Covid - but we did explore the 4 other missions in the area.   Those were very cool and no one was there at any of them!

We visited briefly again January of 2025 and visited the missions again.  We enjoyed them again very much!

We also found a wonderful Japanese garden to explore.  It was a stone quarry and turned into a garden.   The sign says Chinese garden because the name was changed to Chinese during WWII to prevent vandalism.
