Cuyahoga NP and Cleveland

As all things have been in Ohio - Cuyahoga National Park was very different then expected. The park was built up around existing cities and small communities that now just are included in the park. It didn't give the feel of a national park - more like small scattered city parks. The waterfalls were running so that was nice.

We did drive by the house from Christmas Story, of course, as that is a favorite movie for Bill. We did not pay the $15 admission to see it as Bill went in years ago and said not really worth it. We had fun exploring the gift shop though.

We did take the 2 hour tour in Castle Noel in Medina - that was incredible! Too many photos to even include on this page but if you want to see - click here!! Be warned - I didn't include them all on this page but I took almost 200 photos on the 2 hour tour!

We finished the day with a drive by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and by Lake Erie. We have now been to 5 out of 5 Great Lakes.

Tomorrow we head to New York. It is time to get moving East - the leaves are starting to change!
