Branson
We were in Branson, Missouri for a three day exploration. After setting up our campsite we set out to enjoy the 50+ degree temps for early January feeling pretty good to have the sun shine on us. We took in some views from nearby Table Rock Lake then went down to check out the downtown scene. We found out that right here in little old Branson it is the Center Point of Entertainment for the entire WORLD, as well as the landing spot for ocean liners that sink and large apes who don’t play nice. Who’d have thunked it!!!! No shows for us in this entertainment capital with Covid still raging strong.
Top of the Rock! We almost didn't go to this cool place but Amy T convinced us saying it was a can't miss and man was she right. A bit pricey but so much fun! You get a golf cart to drive through the 2.5 miles of caves, waterfalls and to enjoy the spectacular scenery. We were lucky enough to have no one around so we could really take our time. After our ride we went through the museum and the tiny church. The restaurant looked like a great place to eat - a bit pricey - but it was starting to sprinkle so we didn't stay.
