Fruitland

We had an exciting visit to Fruitland Park, FL. just Northwest of Orlando. We explored a unique town of Mt. Dora and took a pontoon ride (Yep - a pontoon ride on March 1st). It included a ride through a canal between two lakes, but the canal was more of a trip into a swamp - Most Awesome!!! Bill spotted baby gators on a log with momma watching closely nearby

We then did a tourist stop called “Showcase of Citrus” and went on a monster truck ride through their orchards and back country. The smell of the orange blossoms was enchanting! We even got an adult orange slushy to take with as we rode through the orchard.
