Anchorage

Anchorage is a very easy city to get around and we enjoyed shopping here and tastings. We all especially liked the Fireweed ice cream!

We took a tour that first afternoon to get acquainted with the town and that was quite interesting. I had no idea Alaska has earth quakes and some pretty substantial ones!

It was sad to see all the homeless people there. I couldn't help but wonder how they survive in the winter.
