Pensacola

What a great city!   We loved our time in Pensacola.  Partly, of course because it was finally getting warmer after the freeze of February, 2021 in the south!  Partly because we got to spend a wonderful day with Suzy's cousins, Dwight and Lana!  But it was more than that - the town just has a great atmosphere.  We enjoyed exploring nearby Fort Pickens.  And of course there is the "Flora-Bama" Bar of Kenny Chesney fame.  We didn't spend enough time here - we will be back!!

We spent February 2024 here.  We agreed it is very different to come back to an area.  We have done much less exploring this time - more just relaxing.  But than again - the summer/fall of 2023 was crazy so maybe we just needed this time to truly relax.
