New Orleans

We had high hopes for a good time in New Orleans... but between Covid and the cold weather... it was a very quiet city. No jazz music being played anywhere we could find. We will need to come back to really appreciate this town. We did enjoy Fat Tuesday "CoVid Style" while driving around to the 'parade of homes' instead of the traditional parades. What a great idea to carry on the tradition in the middle of a pandemic!

The campground was very cool! The path around it was filled with trees covered in moss and overly friendly squirrels! This was a Lake End Park in Morgan City.
